Hiking at Bradbury Mountain (Event II - Blueberries, Bradbury, and Beer)

Come join us for a hike on Bradbury Mountain! Lots of trails to pick from; trail distances range from 0.2 mi up to 2.6 miles. One of the trails has a stone enclosure from the late 1800's that was used to keep farm animals that had wandered aware from home. More historical references throughout the park and a beautiful overlook at the top. You can even see the ocean!

• For those that are also interested in blueberry picking, many of us will be meeting earlier at 3pm at the Bradbury Mtn Berry Farm at 429 Elmwood Street in Pownal. Less than a mile down the road. (See separate event posting).
• After the hike, all are welcome to come to the third event of the day - a Happy Hour at Mast Landing Brewery in Freeport (see separate posting).
• For those that do all three it will be a triple "B" afternoon/evening: Blueberries, Bradbury and Beer (or beverage of choice, of course)

Bradbury Mountain is located a short drive west of Freeport at 528 Hallowell Road, Pownal; on Route 9 about halfway between Portland and Lewiston-Auburn. Meet in the north parking lot west of Route 9.
