Inviting you into an honest, compassionate exploration of the “seasons of life.” Through gentle lecture, guided reflection, and meaningful discussion, students learn how beliefs, habits, relationships, and life experiences shape the way they live today. The class centers on emotional honesty, self-awareness, and the desire for deeper peace, purpose, and self-love. Foundational course where students explore who they are, why they do what they do, and how to move into the next season of life with clarity and confidence.

Instructor: Abigail Constantino
About Your Instructor
Abigail Constantino has experiece rooted in psychology, nursing, and case management, with nearly 20 years of experience working within the Orange County Jail system in both medical and rehabilitative settings. In addition, she serves as an addiction counselor, supporting individuals locally and internationally as they rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, and sustainable tools for recovery.
Ms. Constantino specializes in translating complex emotional and behavioral concepts into practical, accessible strategies that students can apply in their daily lives. She designs courses, workbooks, and guided learning experiences that emphasize self-awareness, resilience, and grounded, everyday wellness—particularly for older adults and women navigating real-life challenges.
Her teaching is deeply informed by lived experience, including long-term caregiving for aging parents and raising a family, which brings added depth, compassion, and authenticity to her work. She is committed to creating safe, supportive, and empowering learning environments where students feel seen, respected, and capable of meaningful change.
