Float trip down clackamis river

It's time to cool off during the summer and float down the clackamis river. I'd like to do a meet up at Fred Meyers, so people can grab any supplies needed for the trip? I'd recommend bringing water any any other beverages you'd like to and of course, your inner tubes.

We are looking at floating down the lower end of the clackamis river. We will start our floating trip at Carver park and traveled down to Riverside park. Unless people would like to go further down, we will discuss before we leave Fred meyers. this is about a 3 to 4 hour float time, if we do want to extend it, it would be turning into a 5 to 6 hour trip.

I know people may want to bring their dogs. I would love it too, but this will be an non pet friendly event.

Please be prepared to pay a parking fee as well.
