This is an evening hike to some great ledge view points on Mt. Washington. If it's not raining, we will take my scramble route and bush whack loop adventure. It's class 2+ in a couple places with limited exposure. Do note we will not summit Mt Washington on this hike.
Mileage Round Trip: Around 6.5
Mount Washington is unique in the area. There are ledges, waterfalls, caves, and a multitude of trails that offer endless loop hike opportunities. For an added bonus, it’s much less known than comparable hikes nearby like Mt. Si or Mailbox Peak.
From the Meetup point in Fall City, it's 15 miles to the Mt Washington trailhead. We will park outside the gate up the gravel road so we don't get locked in.
Be sure to bring an extra layer of clothing for this adventure. The weather is supposed to be cool with some rain showers possible. We should be back to Fall City Park and Ride by 8:30.
