We'll do a 5.5 mile loop on the multi-use trails. Pace about 3 mph.
No rocks and roots. Some hills.
Location: Enter Umstead Park from the Glenwood Ave. side. Go past the visitor center, continue on the paved road. Go to the LAST parking lot.
