Learn How To Juice Your Veggies On A Budget

I have been juicing for 5 months and learned a lot. I find myself teaching friends how to juice and having a fun time. Now I would like to pass on my knowledge to others who are interested in feeling fresher and in having more energy.

Please use the comment section to indicate the qty and recipe #

Here is what you can expect:

-The cost is $10 per drink, to cover the cost of veggies

-I will share my budget conscious knowledge with you for both veggies and juicer

-I will have printed recipes for you from detoxing your body to nourishing your hair and cleansing your skin

-You can choose 1 from the two recipes that we will juice fresh here in my house

-You will need to bring a 32 oz glass jar with lid (pickle jar is the perfect size). Please NO plastic or bottles

-NOTE: I am not a dietitian.  Please read the recipes carefully and let me know if there is an herb or veggie that you cannot have.

Do you have a juicer or just use a blender / food processor? I might stop by for this and the hike, but I'm probably going on a hike.

Sounds great! I just got a 'fancy' blender and have been juicing for a whole week... :) Will be extremely grateful for some inside tips!
