Three Performances:
Halau Kia’i O Ka Hula (also known as Josie de Baat’s Polynesian Dance Studio) has performed at the Kitsilano Showboat for 45 plus years, performing dances from Hawai’i, Tahiti, and New Zealand. Enjoy watching graceful Hawaiian hands telling a story, fast moving hips of Tahiti and the skill of twirling poi balls from New Zealand.

Roots is a Peruvian dance ensemble founded in 2017 dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich traditions of Peru through captivating performances and cultural exchange within the communities of BC. Their dances are from the three regions of Peru: Coastal, Andean, and the Amazon. As ambassadors of Peruvian culture, Roots celebrates diversity sharing their rich traditions with people of all ages and backgrounds and inspiring the next generation of artists.

The Noor Dancers are honoured to perform at the Kitsilano Showboat’s 90th Anniversary year! The beautiful Noor Dancers can be seen all over the Vancouver Area and perform regularly for local festivals
Noor Dance" can refer to different things depending on the context. It often relates to Middle Eastern and Indian dance styles, including belly dancing, Bharatanatyam, and Indo-Contemporary forms
