You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, working with business analysts to establish project scope and managing scope throughout the development life cycle. You will work with engineering staff, establish budgets, and track project progress. You will also develop resource plans for projects while working with program manager to determine team schedule and assignments.

Working in a start up is actually a very good idea. Lot of growth but more of learning opportunities. But to have a beginner working in a start up could be stressful for the organization as there is no one to really train them
