Atlanta Scrum Users Group Message Board › New Meetup: Agile Release Planning

New Meetup: Agile Release Planning

A former member
Announcing a new Meetup for Atlanta Scrum Users Group!

What: Agile Release Planning

When: Tuesday, August 24, 2010 5:45 PM

Where: Intercontinental Hotels Group
Three Ravinia Drive Suite 100
Atlanta, GA 30346
404-579-3903

This was a member generated topic that we are going to bring to the group. I know we have many folks at the meeting that have experience doing release planning. I will share my take, I'll round up another few experts in the area, and leave some time for you guys to weigh in... and also leave plenty of time for Q&A.

Here is the original suggestion from Raj Nemani:

How do we approach release planning while using agile methodologies? Unless we have a release plan we cannot plan the budget to go ask money from the customer and we have to reasonably accurate too when we go and ask money from the customer. It would be great to hear from experts on this topic.

Rally will be sponsoring this months event! Thanks Rally!
