  • NEW DATE!! Agile Meetup - Executing Agility - Burbank, CA June 6th 3:30pm-6:00pm

We are hosting an open-invite, round table Agile session led by Wes Kay, our Agile Director for Modis Managed Solutions. Bring your expertise and your questions to discuss the decisions that unlock agility within your organization. This event is structured as an open forum to discuss some of the challenges you may be facing, how you are solving those challenges today and learn how other companies have met those challenges, successfully and otherwise. Example topics include the following:

    1) How to standardize practices across departments/groups

    2) The differences between a Scrum Master and a Project Manager

    3) How Agile fundamentally changes the way work is done & delivered and how it impacts other dependent groups

    4) How to educate management and other stakeholders about re-calibrating expectations and how they work with Agile Teams

    5) Agile across groups other than software development (e.g., product management, project management)

    6) How to work within existing budgets

    7) Training & certification opportunities

Bring your knowledge and experience, we'll facilitate the exchange and provide the food and drink. We hope to see you there.
