Making Continuous Integration Practices Real with IBM Rational Team Concert
Continuous integration is a commonly adapted agile practice, but often adds overhead and more tooling to development teams. This technical demonstration will show how IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), with rich agile planning capabilities, dashboarding, reporting, work items, and SCM support, can also incorporate the team's build system and processes. The build capabilities in RTC provide build awareness, control, and traceability to the team. Team members can track build progress, view build alerts and results, request builds, and trace builds to other artifacts like change sets and work items.

Double Feature - Tools for Distributed Teams & the Agile Journey Index
Today's teams are increasingly turning to new generations of tools to bridge the gap between distributed team members. We will show you the latest in this rapidly changing industry. We'll conclude with a discussion of a transformation guide and metrics tool - the "Agile Journey Index". It balances the many ways to assess and transform teams to give you something you use to spur adoption and understand your progress.
