Slides and material for our Agile Journey Index

I enjoyed presenting my Agile Journey Index at the October Agile RTP meeting.

http://www.agiledimensions.com/blog/2011/10/agile-journey-index/ gives details, including scores for adoption levels of each of 19 practices we looked at together.

The results of our look last night at our process was

Plan: Min 3, Average 5.9, Max 7

Do: Min 3, Averge 5.8, Max 7

Wrap: Min 5, Average 7.3, Max 9

Scale is 1-10. 10 is best. Data from amalgam of 40 people at the October Agile RTP meeting from different companies.

The coaches were more likely to have '9's for their team. Thanks for a great meeting!

Bottom line - we find the techie practices harder than planning and demos/retros.

Best regards....@AgileBill4d
