Agile frameworks are being implemented throughout more and more organizations. The success of the adoption can be related to beginning well. Being agile is a state of mind, rather than a set of processes and practices. Whether you are an interested observer, a beginner, or somewhere along your journey – basics need to be regularly revisited.
Come and join us as we walk through the agile principles and discuss indicators of success and failure throughout your journey.
