Mikkel and Luxshan's mission is to expose what happens when agile meets reality, so we can all learn from it. Having collectively worked with agile teams for more than 20 years , the duo's real-life frustrations with agile transformations lead them to create agile comic strips, under the name Comic Agilรฉ.
The huge popularity of Comic Agilรฉ lead to the two partners-in-crime to publish a book with their strips and advice for how to manage the anti-patterns, paradoxes and misunderstandings that inevitable occur when everyone wants to be "agile", but nobody wants to make the needed changes.
With almost 50,000 agile-professional followers on LinkedIn and more than 5,000 copies of their first book sold globally (the second book is published in November 2022), Mikkel and Luxshan are now taking their 'edutainment' concept to the next level with talks, provoking enterprises, conferences and communities to reflect on their own agile practices in the spirit of continuous improvement.
