Come and meet the fantastic duo of Comic Agilé, Luxshan and Mikkel.

They will publish their next release 2 of Comic Agilé in November 2022, so chances are high that you will be the first to hear some of their newest tragi-comic strips here in AgilityLab.

This duo have kindly accepted AgilityLab's invitation to take our members through their 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 of their globally popular strips with agile 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 and 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 told through the format of tragi-comic strips.

Mikkel and Luxshan's mission is to expose what happens when agile meets reality, so we can all learn from it. Having collectively worked with agile teams for more than 20 years , the duo's real-life frustrations with agile transformations lead them to create agile comic strips, under the name Comic Agilé.

The huge popularity of Comic Agilé lead to the two partners-in-crime to publish a book with their strips and advice for how to manage the anti-patterns, paradoxes and misunderstandings that inevitable occur when everyone wants to be "agile", but nobody wants to make the needed changes.

With almost 50,000 agile-professional followers on LinkedIn and more than 5,000 copies of their first book sold globally (the second book is published in November 2022), Mikkel and Luxshan are now taking their 'edutainment' concept to the next level with talks, provoking enterprises, conferences and communities to reflect on their own agile practices in the spirit of continuous improvement.

𝗕𝗶𝗼
𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶 holds a MSc in Software Engineering and is an Enterprise Agile Coach with the Danish financial software solutions provider Bankdata. He's constantly on a mission of improving the status quo from his position between being an agile ideologist and a pragmatic problem-solver.

𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗲-𝗡𝘆𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗱 holds an MA in Architecture with a background in sustainable buildings and a speciality in Communications Design, but has always been working with user experience in software, now within sustainable energy at Vestas.
