You may work on health issues, mental disorders, addictions, work or relationship problems, childhood traumas or spiritual growth by making deeper connection with your body to guide you into the healing process & start truly loving yourself. We will start working on opening your heart (happiness centre) with ancient taoist technique; Inner Smile. You start letting go of any negativity or resentment you are carrying for any person or situation by Forgiveness Statements developed on the principles of Shamanic practice. In the second half, you will start making friendship with each and every part of your body, listen to your body & asking if there is anything your body would like to you to do either stop doing what is hurting or start doing something positive, healthy & healing. All the techniques will be practiced for 7 days with facilitator’s guided suggestions & afterwards you may continue practicing with the recorded CD. This is an open space for everyone who wants to experience a more unburdened life and to discover the wonders it has to offer. Anyone who is looking forward to connect with creativity and intuition. Discovering “who am I” and trusting existence without letting other people´s tensions, worries or opinions to control us. Those who are willing to live with totality and in abundance.
