7x7 Adult Coed Beach Flag Football League open for anyone that wants to come out and have fun in the sun. All skill levels are welcome and you can sign up as a team or individual. Meet new friends and enjoy playing football on the beach with a lot of fun surprises throughout the season.

## Details - Updated Fall Season Start Date. The season starts October 19th at 9AM. This is an 8 week coed adult flag football league filled with lots a fun ranging from flag football team games, music, and meeting new friends.
Looking to meet people and get active? Air It Out Santa Monica is your go-to coed adult flag football league right on the beach of sunny Santa Monica! Whether you're new to the area or looking to meet fresh faces, you're bound to build friendships with your teammates on and off the field. Air It Out Santa Monica flag football is a great way to get outdoors, be social, get in great cardio, while at the same time taking your mind off of work and home chores. Consider it recess. Our beach flag football league is for everyone over 18 - no experience required. Register as a team or individual today, or give us a call with any questions! Each player pays a low fee to play for the season.
SIGNUP
You can sign up as a team or individual. If you don't have a team yet, we will work heavily to have you placed on a team based on skill level. You will be introduced to your new team one week before the season starts latest.
DURATION OF LEAGUE AND PRIZES
Each season lasts 8 weeks. From there, playoffs will be held and the championship. Teams will play for individual medals, a team trophy, and of course bragging rights and a whole lot of fun.
WHAT TO EXPECT WEEKLY
Fun and friendly groups of players, photographers to capture all of the fun. (Feel free to ask for team and individual pictures.), and music to keep the vibe alive during warmups, halftimes and between plays. Each team receives their own Air It Out Santa Monica t-shirts based on colors chosen by your team captain.
