After a successful career in the corporate world Jess decided to follow her passion in Wellness. A qualified life coach and yoga teacher, trained in Buddhist meditation and mindfulness. Having lived, worked and volunteered in many countries and cultures with some inspirational people she draws her life experience into her work to help teach others the principles of health and happiness.
