~9 am SAT/ Aliso Woods /Adv Beginner - Intermediate

Let's go to Aliso Woods! More details on the route to be updated.

This is an advanced beginner (strong cardio)intermediate-technical ride.  

Location: Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park in Laguna Niguel. The entrance is at the corner of Alicia Parkway and AMWA Road. 

Parking is $3.

Distance: approx 10-14 miles

Elevation: 2000+

Time: 2.5 to 3 hours


We will do a lot of climbing and depending on the group some can do a more technical decent.. 

We'll meet at 9:00am in the main parking lot By the pay machine. 

We will start riding promptly at 9:15. If you're late you can catch us at one of our rest stops.  Helmet and water are mandatory. You also need a mtn bike with knobby tires and at least 26" wheels.

Optional lunch afterwards. If you need better directions or have any other questions please post a message and someone will reply.

    This is the route we're thinking of: Five Oaks > Top of the World > Mentally Sensitive. Climb up would be: Cholla, Mathis or the back way if we're tired after Five Oaks
