What practices do you use to keep your body healthy?

For the moment, just pilates and a whole food diet. Many other things are currently on hold, although Reiki creeps in now and then.

What practices do you use to keep your mind clear of unwanted thoughts?

If such a thought pops up I ask where it is coming from and what I can learn from it.

Would you like to feel even better than you feel now?

Yes, i am a work in progress.

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

Everything is better when i feel comfortable in my own skin. Meditation and more exercise will be coming back into the picture.


I am a designer who gained a more serious focus on health after a serious accident. Now I am beginning to give back to the alternative health community by focusing on offering my web design skills to tech-challenged practitioners.
