My wife and daughter inspire me but also just being the most vibrant person I can be and teaching others along the way


I have been e been on a path toward health an ddealing with mental stress for around nine years now. I have been on a path towards health and peace of mind for around 5 years. I feel I still have tons to learn but I also feel I have a lot to share.
