What practices do you use to keep your body healthy?

try to eat well - staying away from starchy or fatty foods; had been doing regular weight workouts at a gym, plus some cardio.

beginning to do some mindfulness meditation practices

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

nutrition is currently becoming high on my list, as is getting back into physical exercise. I'm very interested in exploring things that can tame my "monkey mind" and provide stress relief.
