Meditation, somatic movement (Nia, yoga and others) Mind body awareness, Alternative medicine.

Present movement awareness, authentic conversation, meditation

Would you like to feel even better than you feel now?

Of course, I imagine there is always something to work on to be even more alive and happy.

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

I like to feel great and have lots of energy. I have also been exposed to examples of the opposite and do not desire to follow that path.


I have been a life long seeker of health-wellbeing and conscious awareness. I practice Nia, some yoga, meditation and explore other movement modalities here and there. I would enjoy meeting the same kind of people.
