Vivid 2026

In its 18th year, Sydney's annual Vivid festival has become an institution, and a favourite of Sydney's photographers.

Each year the festival grows and develops and creates new locations and ways to experience this festival of light.

Come join us as we do battle with the crowds to get the perfect shot of all of the interesting light installations.

Bring your camera, your phone, your favourite lens, or just yourself. Beginners, pros, and “I mostly just press buttons and hope” photographers all welcome!

(We will meet near the entrance to the Chinese Garden of Friendship in Darling Harbour).
