Audience: 20’s & 30’s

Description: Join the Narragansett 20s/30s on a hike through Benson Preserve in North Kingstown, RI. Benson Preserve boasts of varied and diverse woods, ranging from oak to evergreen, and the landscape changes in a short amount of time. This relatively flat trail provides the opportunity to access Benson Pond. Participants should expect rocky and uneven terrain, with roots covering the trail. We will hike roughly 3 miles before deciding if we would like to continue the social adventure out to a late dinner.
Participants should bring:
Good shoes bug spray 1 liter water
With the amount of rain recently, participants should be prepared for muddy trails or possible standing water. If desired, participants can wear a bathing suit for a quick swim when we get to the pond.
