What do you find to be the biggest cultural differences between Americans and French? (non-pc answers encouraged)

I think the French take time enjoying their food more. I think Americans are friendlier, especially when traveling. The French aren't as afraid of their metro police. In France there is an expectation to exchange hellos and goodbyes that I like.

My fiancée and I moved here last year from Prague where we spent two years. I try to fit in wine, music, travel, and basketball when I can. I work from home as an e-mail marketing consultant and my fiancée teaches.

What Dan L. is saying about this Meetup Group
