What do you find to be the biggest cultural differences between Americans and French? (non-pc answers encouraged)

I find the difference in the work place to be one of the biggest challenges. Meetings are long and drawn out and often result in more meetings to come to a somewhat final decision. Somehow, though, things get done-albeit in a very roundabout way.

Introduction

Hello, I have been in the Paris, France area for 2 years now. I am a Biology teacher in an American School located in Verneuil-sur-Seine. I moved here with my husband and 4 of 5 children. We enjoy living abroad, but it's not without challenges.
