ADHD+ Co-regulation: Mental Health is Relational

In the middle of Mental Health Week, we come together, as we do every Wednesday. This time to explore and experience together what co-regulation is, and the impact that the way we relate to each other has on the quality of our mental health.
We will slow down and embrace the moment, no rush, just us together. Once we feel comfortable, we will explore connecting with others through a series of gentle movements and exercises, no touching, just moving together. We will end the exploration by giving space to our bodies to express what needs to come out, while being held and supported by the group.
Alone, everything can be hard. Together, we can create the world we need and deserve... and have fun in the process.
Practicalities:
- Bring your own food and drinks, share if you feel like (no alcohol)
- I will open the door as close as possible to 18:30
(I'm time blind, I can be late but I'm trying my best)
- We aim to start the conversation by 19:00
- We start with an introduction circle that takes +- 30 min
- We will have a 10 min. break around 20:00
- Then we will explore and experience what co-regulation is for around 1h
- We finish around 21:00
- You can stay in the space and socialise until 22:00
