This half an hour meditation starts with a chant and a prayer reading, leading to a silent meditation. No need to register – just come and meditate! Meets every Tues through Friday, except for holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas.)
Meditation has changed our lives, and we want to share it with others through meditation classes, group meditations and kirtans.
The meditation techniques we teach have been passed down for thousands of years through generations of yogis and great sages. Our practices are based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, who came to America from India in 1920.
Both new and experienced meditators benefit from meditating with a group. We offer many opportunities to meditate with others and experience the joy and peace that meditation inspires. All are welcome!
