Join us on Wednesday 30th November at Makers Academy for an interactive workshop with ANDigital's Head of Coaching, Stuart Munton.
Stuart Munton's background:
A mechanical engineer by education, Stuart has worked in eCommerce and Digital environments his entire career, spanning multiple industries and technology domains over the past 17 years.
The last 13 years have been spent using Agile and Lean techniques to build great teams and deliver great products for large organisations such as The NHS, The Department of Health, Premier Farnell, and William Hill.
Stuart’s role at ANDigital spans all of their clients, where he brings to bear his years of experience running Agile Transformation Programmes to help ANDigital’s clients overcome the setup and scaling issues they face.
In this meetup...
We will focus on the Scrum Product Owner role and their interactions with the Product Manager role in a multi-team environment. This will be done through playing a game developed by Stuart and the coaching team at ANDigital.
This will be a frantic and hands-on experience so please come prepared to get involved with the planning, execution, review and retrospective of simulated Sprints while interacting with multiple teams.
As always, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking with like-minded people - and plenty of free pizza and beers!
The event will run as below...
