Meditation has been clinically proven to help us obtain clarity of mind, focus, reduce stress, decrease anxiety and increase motivation. However, if you are like me.... it drove me crazy! I tried to be still, think of nothing but when I was still my mind actually went faster - Ugh!
In this workshop, we will be introducing a few simple techniques to promote relaxation and regain control of your brain's momentum and thoughts.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow. We will be on a rug, but you are welcome to bring your personal yoga mat if you wish.
You all will be leaving with some Certified Pure Essential Oils to continue your new meditation experience.
