Dec 7 WONDABYNE – PINDAR CAVE This walk in Brisbane Water National Park is part of the Great North Walk and has views of the Hawkesbury river, mossy grottoes and of course the huge cave, once used by aborigines as a shelter. Meet at Wondabyne railway station, not accessible by road (the 9:45 am Central Coast and Newcastle train, from Sydney Central, arrives at Wondabyne at 10:53 am but re-check timetable). Get in the last carriage and tell the guard you want to get off at Wondabyne as it is a request stop. (12 km, medium) EAPT
Bring comfortable walking shoes,rain jacket, lunch, water (1L or more).
