Component Based Architecture for Efficiency and Simplicity
Details
Hello Angulartists
On March 17th at 18:00 GMT we have another Angular meetup. We’ve got 3 great topics for you.
Max Mumford will be talking about Component Based Architecture, Tom White will be discussing environment configs in monorepos, and Dhaval Vaghani will demonstrate the easiest way to move a library.
- Component Based Architecture for Efficiency and Simplicity
Without well thought-out architecture, large front-end projects can quickly become rigid and overly complex. You should use Component-Based Architecture to break up your code into smaller, simpler chunks. This will make you more efficient by leveraging reusable components and by simplifying non-reusable components.
- Environment configs in monorepos
Do you use Nrwl Nx? And, do you use Enterprise Angular Monorepo Patterns or something similar? Then you will have encountered the problem of not being able to access the file, environment.ts from within your modular libraries.
There are several ways to solve this problem. We’re going to try to agree on our favourites. Bring along your opinions, and be prepared to justify them.
- The easiest way to move a library
Dhaval Vaghani is going to demonstrate a little shortcut that not everybody is aware of - how to move a library.
As usual, we'll be recording this meetup and posting it on YouTube afterwards. See our website for links as they become available: https://angular2bes.org.uk/
