Lawrence and everyone,
No, you can not sign the petition on-line. It has to be a physical signature and the petition that you sign will have to be witnessed by a volunteer with the campaign, such as Armaiti, who will then have to sign the " Declaration of Circulator" on the petition that they did in-fact witness your signature.
