For beginners it is motivation to start working out. For the advanced, Boot Camps can really increase your fitness level, strength and endurance. The other great benefit of our boot camp...you're not working out alone. You'll be in a small group of people with similar goals and interests – pushing each other to get the most out of your workout. Boot Camps are fun motivating workouts.

• Boot Camp refers to the style of workout and is not a military based exercise program. • Our Boot Camp workouts are run by a qualified Certified Personal Trainer. The workouts include cardio, strength and core exercises using resistance bands, dumbells, kettlebells, TRX, battling ropes plus other great exercise tools. Don't be surprised if we get outside to mix it up too. It is a lot of fun as well as a great workout.
