What we’re about
The Arcadia Overlanding Group is for folks who want to start out doing some day, and overnight trips exploring old silver and gold mines, ghost towns, and scenic look outs. Everyone's welcome, but this group is focused on easy to moderate trails.
I've been overlanding for 3-years and have a well equipped Ram 1500 4X4. I would like to help other get into the overlanding hobby and learn the in's and out's and what have you's of the overlanding experience.
Our trips are geared so everyone who wants to, can have some off road trail fun, even if they don't have a heavily modified 4WD. The goal is to have fun on a stress free trail. Easy on the driver and easy on our rigs, while enjoying meeting new people, building friendships, and being a part of the great outdoors.
All brand of rigs are welcome. Trucks, jeeps, and SUVs. Although, you won't need all the accessories right up front, and can build your rig over time, you will need four wheel drive and some clearance.
