Fused glass workshop with Sheri Klein

A couple of us from the group met glass artist Sheri Klein during the Open Studios tour and were completely charmed by her fun, colorful glass creations. On December 13th, Sheri will be teaching a 2-hour workshop where we'll be making our own glass masterpieces under her direction.

What we're making: glass holiday trees decorated with our own designs. We can choose to make 2 trees mounted on votives, 2 night lights, or 4 tree ornaments with hangers.
(If you'd rather work with a base of a different shape, e.g. a rectangle instead of a triangle, ask Sheri to bring a different base for you.)

How it works: we'll arrange pre-cut glass trimmings of different shapes and colors on the base to create our own design (see event cover photo for some examples.) Sheri will do the fusing later — glass has to go into a kiln! Our completed projects will be ready for pickup one week after the workshop.

Payment: $40, paid in class using cash, check, or Venmo.

IMPORTANT: after RSVPing here, please reserve your spot by sending an email to SheriKleinArt@gmail.com. Be sure to mention that it's for the 1 pm workshop (there's two on the same day.) If you happen to want a different base to work with instead of a holiday tree, mention that as well.
