Grant's Tomb Live at Flatbread!

Grant's Tomb is live in Canton, Connecticut this June for Camp Jewell YMCA's third annual Strong Kids Fundraiser. A portion of the evening's proceeds (both dine-in and take-out) will benefit Camp Jewell YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign (SKC). The show will feature opening act Bill Benson (http://www.reverbnation.com/billbenson), and will be held at Flatbread Restaurant at the Shoppes at Farmington Valley (www.flatbreadcompany.com). For more information, call Camp Jewell YMCA at[masked] or visit them online at www.campjewell.org.

About Grant's Tomb:

Grant's Tomb features a unique blend of R&B, Jazz, and Rock & Roll that has energized and inspired audiences throughout the Northeast since 2009. Composed of young musicians living New York City and Boston, MA, the group recently wrapped up an acclaimed series of shows in New York City and a featured performance at Keene State College. Paul Lewis, a Hartford, CT based jazz promoter, has had his eye on the group since its very inception. "You never know what you're going to get," says Lewis, "but I guarantee you it's infectious and extremely well-executed."

About the SKC:

The Strong Kids Annual Campaign is the foundation on which the YMCA of Greater Hartford accomplishes its mission of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. The Strong Kids Annual Campaign strengthens the organization’s ability to provide values-based programs and activities to over 109,000 people in the Greater Hartford region, regardless of their ability to pay.

Charitable contributions to the Strong Kids Annual Campaign allows the YMCA to respond to the needs of communities and individuals by creating opportunities to participate in programs that build healthy minds, spirits and bodies.

With your support, we are able to provide financial assistance to youth, adults and families so that they can participate in enriching programs such as wellness, child development, teen leadership, camping, theater and sports. Your gift will ensure a brighter future for our community.

As a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable organization, the YMCA of Greater Hartford is grateful for the generosity of its donors. Please consider helping us by making a gift to the YMCA’s Strong Kids Annual Campaign today. See if your employer will match your gift!

Recognizing the importance of leadership to the Strong Kids Annual Fund, you are invited to join one of our leadership societies:
