Love and Kindness Meditation, also known as mettā meditation is an age-old tradition of Buddhism of increasing your intrinsic ability to give and receive love freely and completely.

This special healing meditation promises to ascend you into a higher plane of LOVE and the act of loving that is unconditional and all-encompassing in nature, from the closest loved ones to the most distant "enemies" that you may have closed your heart to, all the way to all sentient beings, no matter their relationship to you, belief system, status, gender, age, or even species

Come join us Sunday, October 13 to begin practicing this transcendent experience of Love and Kindness.

New to meditation? We got you covered. This class is designed for those who want to improve the quality of their meditations regardless of prior experience with meditation.

This class will be guided by Canaan Bracey.

Canaan is a mindfulness meditation teacher with 5 years of meditation experience who has taught at the University of Houston’s Recreation & Wellness Center, and soon to instruct at Republic Aerial Yoga.
