What we're about

Let's get together and make some connections! Come to our meetups to interact with educators and other industry leaders interested in positively influencing computer science & information technology education in Alpine School District (and Utah).

Students, parents, and other community stakeholders are always invited. We want the best for our students and that is only going to happen through amazing public-private partnerships.

I will be posting updates and upcoming events regularly. Please RSVP to any events I post, as refreshments are sometimes provided. The calendar (linked below) is another great way to stay informed about upcoming events.

I want this to be an "open source" advisory board where any stakeholder can give their feedback and people can have a little more flexibility with what they choose to attend (relevance, scheduling, etc.).

Please reach out with any questions; I hope to see you soon!

Interested in helping out?

• If you are interested in helping out with teachers in classrooms, guest speaking, hosting an event, etc. please post in the Discussions ( https://www.meetup.com/asd-cs-it/discussions/ ) section of this meetup! I think sharing what you are interested in doing, as well as which pathway or courses you are interested in being involved with is a great place to start and teachers in this group can connect with you.
