AYPROS Volunteer Day: ABCCM Veterans Restoration Quarters
Details
Join AYPROS for a morning of service at the Veterans Restoration Quarters in East Asheville. We will be helping with outdoor projects such as mulching, raking, and general grounds beautification at their new property. This hands-on work directly supports local veterans who have served our country and are working toward stability and housing.
We will meet inside the motel lobby at or before 9:00 AM, then head outside together to get started.
What to Bring
• Water bottle
• Work gloves
• Work shoes and warm layers
• Rakes or shovels if you have them
• Snacks if you need them during the morning

Friends and Family Welcome
This volunteer day is open to partners, friends, and family who would like to join.
Weather
We will be volunteering rain or shine. Plan for outdoor work and dress accordingly. If we need to cancel we will inform you.
Why This Matters
This is a simple, meaningful way to contribute to a place that provides shelter, meals, and transition programs for veterans in Western North Carolina. It is also a great chance to meet others while doing something that has a direct impact.
