A Halloween Party

Hi, Everyone:

I am working on having a Halloween Party for the group. Instead of having the party in a restaurant, I am thinking about renting one of the community centers in Bellevue. I found a very good venue to have the party. It is the Winter House next to Bellevue Way Park and Ride. The rental fee is $35/hr.

If we have more than 20 people come than the cost per person for a 3 hour party will be $4.50 per person. However, if there are only 5 people then the cost will be $20 per person.

Before I make the reservation and put down a deposit, I need to know how many of us will be interested in a party. We each will bring a food or beverage that represents the Halloween theme (i.e. cookies, pumpkin pies, crackers with dips....etc). It will be on Thursday October 29 evening.

Please let me know unofficially whether you will come to the party by e-mail me at [address removed]
