What we're about

This is a group for anyone who is interested in learning the skills to become more assertive. As a mental well-being instructor and assertiveness coach, I have been studying the connection between being more assertive and have greater mental health and happiness.

Through my online events my mission is to create a community with a lot of awareness of our needs and our limits and with a wish of living authentically and speaking up our minds. When we say the right YES's and NO's, an infinite world of opportunities arise for us!

At the end of each meetup I also present my group coaching programs online and in Zurich. But each meetup event per se is free.

BECOMING ASSERTIVE: LIVING MORE CONSCIOUSLY & FOLLOWING YOUR SET OF VALUES

Hi all!

Following the cancellation of March 28th session, here is again, for our May session.
An important part of assertiveness is to live according to our values and in congruence with them. Let's explore how to do that.

LIVING CONSCIOUSLY AND ACCORDING TO YOUR VALUES:

  • Nathaniel Branden used to call it "the practice of living consciously: self-assertiveness and self-respect": a choice of being assertive
  • Our values should dictate how we live, not other people's credo. Let's explore this. A reading from the book "The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem" will be a game changer!
