The Atlanta Deep Learning Meetup, in partnership with the Georgia Tech Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) and other sponsors - including NVIDIA, eHire, and Lockheed Martin - has become THE place in Atlanta to plug into the community surrounding this leading-edge data science technology. We welcome all participants, from deep learning experts to business people who are AI novices, and it's free to attend.

At our meetup on Monday, August 12th - in one week - Chris Benson will lead and facilitate a non-technical roundtable group discussion (inclusive of all attendees) on AI ethics - a topic that has become enormously important in a world in which AI models are built with biased data, and once trained, may have enormous influence over our lives, careers, and society at large.

As a strategist for artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and AI ethics at Lockheed Martin - the world's largest defense contractor - Chris works with key stakeholders to shape the organization's "ethical AI" policies and tools. In this roundtable discussion, Chris will be offering his own opinions, and not the institutional positions of Lockheed Martin.

Come join us on Monday, August 12th at 6:30pm EDT at ATDC, in the Community Room on the 2nd floor of the Centergy Building. There is convenient parking in the adjacent Centergy Parking Deck (Google Maps).

Free food and beverages provided by our sponsor Lockheed Martin.

Spend the evening expanding your AI horizons. We guarantee you will leave inspired.

NOTE: The Atlanta Deep Learning Meetup will not meet in September. The next meetup after Monday, August 12th is currently scheduled for Monday, October 14th. If you would like to present, please contact Chris Benson directly.
