We are seeking a Jr. Ruby Developer for our next exciting contract projects.

Responsible for application development and code maintenance of an internally developed web applications specific to the company. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining high application availability to end user. This position is a contract position to be based in our Atlanta corporate office and with anticipated development hours of approximately 20 hours per week. Java and Ruby on Rails expertise is a prerequisite.

Primary responsibilities
• Maintain corporate website and related applications.
• Assist in the development of new applications.
• Ensure the servers and software are operating efficiently.
• Examine, analyze site traffic and SEO.
• Report generation of site traffic and analytics.
• Create and modify appearance and setting of site.
• Lay out content on web pages where applicable.

Required Skills:
Ruby on Rails – advanced knowledge
HTML5 – advanced knowledge
Great customer service

Salary – 35 – 45 per hr DOE Plus benefits
20 hrs weekly – onsite
Duration – 6 months contract or more …
Environment – business casual then Jeans on Friday.
Location – Atlanta, Georgia
