About Ari: Ari is the Chief Recruiting Officer of Thompson Technologies where he is responsible for the "hands on" oversight of all recruiting operations including: day-to-day recruiting, recruiting team management and sourcing strategies. He started his career at Thompson Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, and has personally placed over 1000 information technology professionals in both the national and local Atlanta IT markets. Despite the fancy title, Ari is passionate about the daily grind of technical recruiting, and takes a "hands on approach" in day-to-day staffing operations with his team. He and his wife Donna have 6 children (including two 2 year-old twins), and they are expecting baby number 7 in June.
