I'm not so big on cookbooks. I prefer individual recipes that I collect over the years.
Right now my favorite Chinese restaurant is Ding Ho on Research Blvd. They have a shrimp wonton soup that is to die for!
Huitlacholxe..a black fungus that crows on corn...very good when prepared properly. You eat it with warm corn tortillas.
