Each session combines:
🕉️ Omkar Kriya – sound-based energy meditation to balance inner centers
🌬️ Hamsa Dhyan– effortless breath awareness to quiet the mind naturally.

These practices come from authentic yogic traditions, yet are taught in a grounded, relatable way — no dogma, no fluff.

We meet every Sunday evening, right before the workweek begins — to reset, recharge, and realign.
