Welcome to the Austin Therapy & Growth Meetup!

This group is for anyone interested in personal development, mental wellbeing, and emotional growth. Whether you're navigating challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, or past trauma, or you're simply curious about growing your confidence and improving your quality of life — you’re in the right place.

Led by a UK-trained therapist with over a decade of experience and four psychology-related degrees, I specialise in trauma recovery, confidence building, and practical strategies for lasting change. I’ve helped hundreds of clients regain their calm, strength, and sense of self — and I’m excited to bring these tools to a wider community.

We’ll explore topics such as:
