Each month, we will gather in a supportive, safe space to express our wild, feminine, creatrix selves, finding flow and wholeness with ourselves.

Harnessing the current astrological and planetary energies, Bekah and Jen will guide you through several embodiment and self-awareness practices to clear blocks in your energetic flow, connect with your creative capacities to fully celebrate your feminine radiance! There will also be space to share and be witnessed connecting in sisterhood.

Your Guides:

Bekah is a catalyst and sacred sound mentor whose mission is to provide a safe supportive platform as you journey through the unfolding process of becoming authentically you. She has a background in Chinese Medicine, EFT, Sound and Vibrational Medicine, NLP, Coaching, Tarot, and Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Jen is a Writing Studies Professor, specializing in Mindfulness and Embodiment. She is also a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, Vibrational Healer, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, and has a background in Dance and Positive Psychology. She enjoys helping others to restore energetic and bodily balance and cultivate creativity, empowerment, and joy.

Speaking through Drum Work is a place where you can use sounds to express the feelings you don't have words for. This is a way to use the physical sensory nature of drumming provides a unique aesthetic experience.

Recent research indicate that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and assists in releasing emotional trauma. Drumming has a positive effect on anxiety, grief, fatigue, depression and behavioral issues.

We will start with a collective music round to open up the session. Then give the opportunity for each person to do a solo turn to speak their emotions and feelings through the drum. We will end by a closing with another collective drumming session.
