About Kristen:
Kristen Engelke has always been a seeker.

After studying dozens of religious and spiritual traditions, she discovered a unifying
truth at the heart of them all: love, compassion, and the Golden Rule.

she began applying New Thought principles, releasing perfectionism, and embracing grace.
